Basic Birthday Packages
The Coral Package is a one hour meet and greet. Your princess will come and make the birthday prince/princess feel extra magical, while interacting with the guests. The Princess will also bring a small gift for the birthday child. This package is for photo-ops and interactions only. The only “activity” is a 5 minute coronation at the end of the hour, honoring the birthday child as an official prince/princess,
Deluxe Birthday Packages
The Crown Package is a one hour birthday package. Your princess will come with activities for the whole party! These activities include but are not limited to Princess Storytimes, Character-themed party games, Coloring sheets, and MORE! The Princess will also bring a small gift for the birthday child, and have a 5-minute coronation for the birthday child at the end of the hour.
The Crown PLUS Package is a discounted one and a HALF hour meet and greet. Your princess will come with activities for the whole party! These activities include but are not limited to Princess Storytimes, Character-themed party games, Coloring sheets, and MORE! With the extra 30 minutes, activities can last a little longer! The Princess will also bring a small gift for the birthday child, and have a 5-minute coronation for the birthday child at the end of the hour..
The Luxury Package
We offer ONE Luxury Package and it has EVERYTHING!
The Luxury Package is a two hour package with all of the Crown Plus package services and a special experience add-on of your choice!
There are two experience options to choose from. “Princess Makeovers” or “Power of Friendship” Bracelet Making Activity.
The Princess Makeovers experience includes a full age-appropriate makeover of the birthday girl and 5 extra guests. An hour before the party, The birthday girl will get a little bit of lip gloss, eyeshadow, blush, and a touch of bio-degradable sensitive-skin friendly face glitter! (If you do not want any of this on your child PLEASE let us know beforehand!) If stock is available the birthday princess will also receive a hair accessory to wear and keep! The other four guests will receive a mini-makeover of just lip gloss, eyeshadow, and blush.
OR
The Power of Friendship Bracelet activity (ages 6+ and requires adult supervision). This experience allows the birthday girl and 5 extra guests to make bracelets with the princess, one hour before the party! The princess will also come with an already-made personalized bracelet for the birthday girl to keep!
These packages are $290. This allows us to use the safest products for your child during this special two hour package.
Other Services
We will set up surprise video calls through facetime or zoom!
30 minute calls will be $50
60 minute calls will be $90
For special circumstances. we will do this for free. If a longer call is needed we can discuss prices.
Coral Crown Events LLC is more than willing to offer services volunteer for library storytimes, benefit walks, hospital visits, and more. Our current pricing starts at $75 an hour depending on the event and services needed.
Please note library story times, charity events, and other non profit work we will do for FREE.

Meet the Owner
Coral Crown Events LLC is a woman-owned small business start up. Our founder, Anna, is also the performer behind The Mermaid Princess, and The Snow Queen. Anna has professional experience in children's education and children's entertainment. She has dreamed of being a princess since she was little girl, and realized that magic can be spread every day through kindness. One day, she discovered that she could be using her experience in makeup, performance, and costuming to create unique experiences to little royalty everywhere!
Coral Crown Events was established with the hope to bring magic to the ordinary day. We are passionate about providing enchantment to all children, including disabled or neurodivergent kids. Frequently Asked Questions
Right now Coral Crown Events is a small start-up company. We are diligently working on adding new characters, but right now we only offer a select few. Stay tuned for more characters very soon!
Our services extend to the following cities in Alabama without incurring additional travel charges: Huntsville, Madison, Decatur, and their surrounding areas.
For locations such as Birmingham, Gadsden, and neighboring areas within Alabama, a travel fee will be applicable for our services.
We are currently training another performer, duos coming soon!
